This application provides linear interpolation of a value based on a set of X-Y data points that define a relationship. These data points can be as simple as two points outlining a straightforward linear relationship or as complex as multiple points describing an arbitrary function.

One practical application involves estimating the volume of fluid in a container from pressure readings taken at the tank's base. Typically, this process involves collecting several pressure measurements and corresponding volume readings (in gallons or liters) during the filling process. Once the pressure measurement device is properly calibrated, these readings can be accurately converted into volume estimates.

Additional functionalities include basic unit conversions, such as converting between Fahrenheit and Celsius or between kilometers per hour and miles per hour.
